高速钢刀具在盐浴热处理过程中,往往会由于盐中含有杂质、潮湿空气、热处理操作等原因而发生腐蚀。严格按标准控制原盐的纯净度,定时对淬火加热盐浴进行脱氧和捞渣,取消酸洗或控制酸洗时间,对淬火后的刀具严格清洗和及时回火,缩短热处理生产周期等,能有效防止高速钢刀具在热处理过程中发生腐蚀。
高速鋼刀具在鹽浴熱處理過程中,往往會由于鹽中含有雜質、潮濕空氣、熱處理操作等原因而髮生腐蝕。嚴格按標準控製原鹽的純淨度,定時對淬火加熱鹽浴進行脫氧和撈渣,取消痠洗或控製痠洗時間,對淬火後的刀具嚴格清洗和及時迴火,縮短熱處理生產週期等,能有效防止高速鋼刀具在熱處理過程中髮生腐蝕。

The corrosion of high speed steel cutters occurs frequently during salt bath heat treatment owing to the inclusions in salt , moist air , heat treatment operation and other causes .To prevent the high speed steel cutters from corrosion during heat treatment , the following precautions are adopted:strict control of raw salt purity according to the related standard , regular deoxidization followed by slag removal of salt bath for heating for hardening , elimination of pickling sequence or decrease in pickling duration , comparatively strict cleaning and prompt tempering of cutters after hardening , decrease in heat treatment cycle , etc.
