目的：研究麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂抗炎作用。方法：通过小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠鼻粘膜毛细血管通透性实验观察麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂的抗炎作用。结果：麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足跖炎症肿胀，亦能明显降低组胺性鼻炎鼻粘膜毛细血管通透性。结论：麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂具有的抗炎作用，这些结果为麻夷鼻炎喷雾剂进一步的药效学研究提供了依据。
목적：연구마이비염분무제항염작용。방법：통과소서이곽종창、대서면구육아종、대서족척종창、대서비점막모세혈관통투성실험관찰마이비염분무제적항염작용。결과：마이비염분무제능현저억제이갑분소치소서이곽종창、대서면구육아종、각차채효소치대서족척염증종창，역능명현강저조알성비염비점막모세혈관통투성。결론：마이비염분무제구유적항염작용，저사결과위마이비염분무제진일보적약효학연구제공료의거。
Objective:To study the anti-inflammatory effects of Mayi Rhinitis Spray. Methods:Animal model of acute and subacute inflammation were used to test and verify the anti-inflammatory effects of Mayi Rhinitis Spray. Results:Mayi Rhinitis Spray can significantly inhibit swelling of mice ears induced by xylene, swelling of the paw induced by carrageenan and granulation induced by tampon, also markedly reduced capillary vascular permeability of nasal mucosa induced by histamine. Conclusion:Mayi Rhinitis Spray posses anti-inflammatory effects. These results provide the basis for the pharmacodynamic study of Mayi Rhinitis Spray.
