　　培训管理系统是企业信息化的重要组成部分，是为提高人员素质，丰富培训手段，以信息化技术手段实现的线上培训系统，主要提供学习（包含文字、视频等内容）、考试功能以及相关统计、分析功能。通过分析培训管理系统的需求，结合分类属性概念，对系统进行了设计与实现。

The Training Management System is an important part of enterprise informationization, also is a kind of an online training system based on the information technology to improve personnel quality and to enrich training tools, mainly providing learning content including text and video, examination functions, analysis capabilities. This paper used categorical attribute to design and Implement the system structure based on analysis the system requirement.
