目的：测定银翘解毒薄膜衣片中绿原酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对银翘解毒薄膜衣片中绿原酸的含量进行测定，C 18柱，以乙腈-水-磷酸（10∶90∶0.4）流动相在室温下操作，检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸在0.101～1.01μg范围内呈良好线性关系，加样回收率为96.57%，RSD为1.47%。结论高效液相色谱法简便，重现性好，可用于银翘解毒薄膜衣片的质量控制。

목적：측정은교해독박막의편중록원산적함량。방법채용고효액상색보법대은교해독박막의편중록원산적함량진행측정，C 18주，이을정-수-린산（10∶90∶0.4）류동상재실온하조작，검측파장위327 nm。결과록원산재0.101～1.01μg범위내정량호선성관계，가양회수솔위96.57%，RSD위1.47%。결론고효액상색보법간편，중현성호，가용우은교해독박막의편적질량공제。
Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in fructus forsythiae detoxification film-coated tablet. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the content of chlorogenic acid in fructus forsythiae detoxification film-coated tablet were determined, using C 18 column, in acetonitrile-water-phosphate (10∶90∶0.4) mobile phase at room temperature operation, detection wavelength of 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid in the range of 0.101-0.101 mu g had good linear relationship, the recovery was 96.57%, RSD was 1.47%. Conclusion HPLC method is simple, reproducible and can be used for quality control of fructus forsythiae detoxification film-coated tablet.
