通过研究椰果样品低浓度区亚硝酸盐的检测不准确的问题,科学分析造成检测结果不准确的原因,在大量试验积累的基础上,建立新的检测方法。在采用国标检测方法的同时调整样品前处理方法,改变样品的稀释倍数,采用不同精度的分光光度计,并根据被分析样品组分的浓度,减低标准曲线的浓度,得到标准曲线的R2值为0.9997,曲线线性好。从而得出正确检验结论。并通过不同实验方法进行证实,证明此检测方法灵敏度高,稳定性好,可操作性强。

The reason why the testing of nitrite at low concentrations from Nata de coco is inaccurate will be scientifically analyzed. Based on numerous tests, new detection methods are established. Through using method at national standard as well as adjusting sample preparation method, changing dilution degree of the sample, and adopting spectrophotometers at different precision, standard curve is reduced to a well degree of linearity with R 2 value of 0.999 7 according to samples and finally the correct conclusions can be drawn. This testing method is proved to have high sensitivity, good stability and strong operability.
