以玉米和大豆为基质,主要研究比较了采用不同提取试剂以及在不同提取条件、不同净化手段下12种有机氯农药残留的分析方法。经过比较分析最终样品以乙腈为提取剂,经振荡方法提取,提取液经C18柱和Carb-NH2柱固相萃取柱净化,采用气相色谱外标法定量、气质联用仪定性分析。加标回收率为87%~108%,相对标准偏差小于15%,12种农药的检测限为0.001 mg/kg~0.5 mg/kg。经比较分析建立了一种适合玉米和大豆中有机氯农药多残留分析的方便、快捷、准确的检测方法。

This paper focus on comparison of a multi-residue analytical method with different extraction reagent different extraction method and different purification method in corn and soybean. Organochlorine pesticides were extracted from samples with acetonitrile by oscillation,purify by C18 column and Carb-NH2 column, organochlorine pesticides were quantified by gas chromatograph and confirmed by gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry. The recoveries obtained ranged from 87%to 108%with relative standard deviations less than 15%,The detection limits of the method for all the organochlorine pesticides were under 0.001 mg/kg-0.5 mg/kg. To estabished a suitable method for determination of organochlorine pesticides in corn and soybean.
