目的 探讨强心通脉颗粒联合贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗慢性左心衰患者的临床疗效.方法 选择2011年4月至2012年4月于我院就诊的80例慢性左心衰患者,随机分为实验组40人和对照组40人,对照组采用贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗,实验组在对照组基础上加用强心通脉颗粒.结果 两组患者均取得了显著疗效.两组治疗前中医证候总积分、心衰积分和心功能相比无明显差异(P>0.05),实验组治疗后的治疗指标均优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 强心通脉颗粒联合贝那普利、倍他乐克治疗慢性左心衰患者可以显著改善患者心衰症状和体征,全面增强心功能,适合临床长期推广应用.

목적 탐토강심통맥과립연합패나보리、배타악극치료만성좌심쇠환자적림상료효.방법 선택2011년4월지2012년4월우아원취진적80례만성좌심쇠환자,수궤분위실험조40인화대조조40인,대조조채용패나보리、배타악극치료,실험조재대조조기출상가용강심통맥과립.결과 량조환자균취득료현저료효.량조치료전중의증후총적분、심쇠적분화심공능상비무명현차이(P>0.05),실험조치료후적치료지표균우우대조조,차이유현저성(P<0.05).결론 강심통맥과립연합패나보리、배타악극치료만성좌심쇠환자가이현저개선환자심쇠증상화체정,전면증강심공능,괄합림상장기추엄응용.
Objective To observe the clinical effect of strong heart arteries particles combined with benazepril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic left heart failure.Methods From April 2011 to April 2012,80patients with chronic left heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Control group with 40 cases used benazepril combined with metoprolol and test group with 40 cases used strong heart arteries particles on basis of control group.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes,heart failure points and heart function(P> 0.05).These indicators of test group after treatment were better than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusions The use of strong heart arteries particles combined with benazepril and metoprolol in treatment of chronic left heart failure can significantly improve the signs and symptoms of heart failure and enhance heart function,which has a significant clinical effect worthy to be popularized.
