目的:探讨四君子汤联合缺血预处理(ischemia preconditioning ,IPC )对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及机制。方法将SD大鼠100只随机分成假手术组、空白对照组、四君子汤预处理组、IPC组、四君子汤预处理+IPC组。肝脏缺血再灌注术后检测血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST )、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT );检测肝细胞原位凋亡;检测肝组织中丙二醛(MDA )和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD )。结果四君子汤预处理+IPC组ALT和AST水平与空白对照组、四君子汤预处理组、IPC组三组比较,明显降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。四君子汤预处理组及IPC组ALT和AST水平与空白对照组比较,明显降低,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。四君子汤预处理组、IPC组、四君子汤预处理+ IPC组三组中肝细胞凋亡指数和MDA水平均显著低于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。四君子汤预处理+IPC组中SOD水平显著高于其余四组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。四君子汤预处理组、IPC组SOD水平显著高于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论四君子汤联合IPC ,在大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注时减轻过氧化损伤,抑制细胞凋亡,从而起到保护作用。

목적:탐토사군자탕연합결혈예처리(ischemia preconditioning ,IPC )대대서간장결혈재관주손상적보호작용급궤제。방법장SD대서100지수궤분성가수술조、공백대조조、사군자탕예처리조、IPC조、사군자탕예처리+IPC조。간장결혈재관주술후검측혈청천문동안산안기전이매(AST )、병안산안기전이매(ALT );검측간세포원위조망;검측간조직중병이철(MDA )화초양화물기화매(SOD )。결과사군자탕예처리+IPC조ALT화AST수평여공백대조조、사군자탕예처리조、IPC조삼조비교,명현강저,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。사군자탕예처리조급IPC조ALT화AST수평여공백대조조비교,명현강저,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。사군자탕예처리조、IPC조、사군자탕예처리+ IPC조삼조중간세포조망지수화MDA수평균현저저우공백대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。사군자탕예처리+IPC조중SOD수평현저고우기여사조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。사군자탕예처리조、IPC조SOD수평현저고우공백대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05)。결론사군자탕연합IPC ,재대서간장결혈재관주시감경과양화손상,억제세포조망,종이기도보호작용。
Objective To investigate the effect of Decoction of Four Mild Drugs with ischemia preconditioning against hepatic is-chemia-reperfusion in rats .Methods 100 SD rats were randomly divided into the SHAM ,the Control ,the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs , the IPC ,the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs + IPC groups .After a Surgery for hepatic ischemia -reperfusion ,the levels of glutamic acid aminotransferase (ALT);Aspartate aminotransferase (AST);apoptosis;malondialdehyde (MDA);superoxide dismutase( SOD ) were mea-sured .Results ALT and AST levels in the the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs+IPC group were significantly lower than those in the Control , the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs and the IPC groups ( P<0.05 ) .ALT and AST levels in the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs and the IPC groups were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .Apoptotic index and MDA level in the the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs+IPC ,the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs and the IPC groups were significantly lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) .SOD level in the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs +IPC group was significantly higher than those in the other four groups ( P<0.05 ) .SOD level in the the Decoction of Four Mild Drugs and IPC group were significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0 .05) .Conclusions De-coction of Four Mild Drugs combined with IPC could reduce ischemia -reperfusion injury in rats by alleviating the inflammatory reaction and anti-apoptotic effect .
