枯草芽孢杆菌由于可以合成α-淀粉酶、蛋白酶、脂肪酶等多种有利于提高生物产品利用率的酶类,而在食品、饲料行业备受青睐。近年来,通过诱变提高产酶效率在工业微生物育种方面取得极大进展,然而在诱变过程中,各种诱变剂的作用原理、作用规律及不同诱变剂之间的相互作用,有色代谢产物积累,菌体活性及敏感度等对诱变成功率起决定性作用的因素却未被人们重视。对紫外诱变、化学诱变和复合诱变的作用原理、影响因素进行研究性总结,以期为工业枯草芽孢杆菌诱变提供依据。

고초아포간균유우가이합성α-정분매、단백매、지방매등다충유리우제고생물산품이용솔적매류,이재식품、사료행업비수청래。근년래,통과유변제고산매효솔재공업미생물육충방면취득겁대진전,연이재유변과정중,각충유변제적작용원리、작용규률급불동유변제지간적상호작용,유색대사산물적루,균체활성급민감도등대유변성공솔기결정성작용적인소각미피인문중시。대자외유변、화학유변화복합유변적작용원리、영향인소진행연구성총결,이기위공업고초아포간균유변제공의거。
Bacillus subtilis can product α-amylase, protease, lipase which can improve the utilization ratio of biological products and is favored in food and feed industry. In recent years, the main way to improve the efficiency of enzyme production by mutation has made a big progress in industrial microbial breeding, but in the process of mutation, the principle and function of the various mutagens, the interaction between different mutagen which is the decisive factors in mutation rate are ignored. In this paper, a summary of action principle of ultraviolet mutagenesis, chemistry mutagenesis, compound mutagenesis and the interaction function between mutagens has been done and hope to provide a basis for industrial Bacillus subtilis mutagenesis.
