越南老街钢厂项目施工过程中,由于工程所在地偏远,大型起重机租赁困难。大型起重机进场费用昂贵,山高路远,进场一次相当不易,精确模拟吊装、合理选择起重机在本工程施工过程中显得异常重要。为了精确模拟施工,一次吊装成功,减少不必要的成本,利用SU三维软件对筛分室内的振动筛吊装过程进行吊装模拟,并用于指导现场实际吊装。结合起重机性能表,并考虑了起重机车体高度、起重机回转中心至吊臂旋转中心之间的水平距离等因素,精确模拟了施工,合理选择了起重机,取得了良好的施工效果。
