根据化学成分、基体组织、硬度及热处理工艺分析了水泥机械大模数齿轮加工用指形铣刀过早失效的原因。结果表明,回火温度过高,使铣刀硬度过低、耐磨性不足,是引起指形铣刀早期失效的主要原因。

The reason of premature failure of the finger-shaped milling cutter for used in machining cement machinery big modulus gear was analyzed in terms of the chemical composition , matrix structure , hardness and heat treatment process .The results show that the premature failure of the finger-shaped milling cutter results from the excessively low hardness and poor wear resistance which arise from excessively high tempering temperature .
