　　目的探讨联苯苄唑液局部治疗真菌性外耳道炎的可行性，为临床治疗提供参考。方法选择2010年9月至2011年9月于该院诊治的真菌性外耳道炎患者40例，随机分成对照组和研究组，其中对照组20例单纯行常规外耳道冲洗，研究组20例联合联苯苄唑液冲洗治疗。随访1～2个月，对比两组患者的临床疗效、病情积分及不良反应发生情况。结果所有患者的病情积分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组间相比，研究组患者的病情积分优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；研究组患者治疗总有效率为95．0％，高于对照组的80．0％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；研究组不良反应仅发生2例（10％），即轻度头晕1例、耳痒1例，研究组各种不良反应发生率均低于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论采用联苯苄唑液局部联合治疗真菌性外耳道炎，可有效改善患者病情，临床疗效显著，且安全性高，值得推广使用。
　　목적탐토련분변서액국부치료진균성외이도염적가행성，위림상치료제공삼고。방법선택2010년9월지2011년9월우해원진치적진균성외이도염환자40례，수궤분성대조조화연구조，기중대조조20례단순행상규외이도충세，연구조20례연합련분변서액충세치료。수방1～2개월，대비량조환자적림상료효、병정적분급불량반응발생정황。결과소유환자적병정적분균저우치료전，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；량조간상비，연구조환자적병정적분우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；연구조환자치료총유효솔위95．0％，고우대조조적80．0％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）；연구조불량반응부발생2례（10％），즉경도두훈1례、이양1례，연구조각충불량반응발생솔균저우대조조（P＜0．05）。결론채용련분변서액국부연합치료진균성외이도염，가유효개선환자병정，림상료효현저，차안전성고，치득추엄사용。
Objective To observe the feasibility of local treatment of bifonazole solution on fungal inflamma-tion of auditory canal ,to provide the reference for the clinical treatment .Methods From September 2010 to Septem-ber 2011 ,40 cases with patients fungal inflammation of auditory canal were divided into control group and research group ,20 patients in each .Control group received conventional external auditory canal flushing ,and research group received flushing treatment combined with bifonazole solution .All the patients were followed up for 1~2 months . Clinical efficacy ,integration of illness and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared .Results After treatment ,the integration of illness for all patients were lower than before treatment (P<0 .05) .The integration of illness in research group was better than control group (P<0 .05) .The total effective rate of the research group was 95 .0% ,which was higher than 80 .0% of control group(P<0 .05) .And there was only two cases with adverse drug reactions in the research group(10% ) ,including 1 case with mild dizziness and another case with ear itching .The ad-verse drug reactions rate of research group was lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Apply-ing local treatment of bifonazole solution on fungal inflammation of auditory canal might effectively improve clinical efficacy ,which could be worthy of clinical and applicaton .
