目的了解泉州地区儿童变态反应性疾病患者过敏原分布情况及特点,为临床防治提供依据。方法将2010年1月至2012年10月疑似过敏儿童纳入研究。对儿童进行血清学免疫印迹法试验,筛查吸入性过敏原及食入性过敏原。结果该院451例0~14岁儿童检出过敏293例,过敏检出率64.97%,最常见的吸入性过敏原为尘螨(31.93%),猫毛皮屑、狗毛皮屑(8.65%),蟑螂(8.87%),点青霉/分枝/烟曲/黑曲/交链孢霉(6.65%),性别间差异均无统计学意义( P>0.05);最常见食入性过敏原为牛奶、鸡蛋白、牛肉、虾蟹,分别占16.85%、11.09%、6.87%、5.32%,所有过敏原阳性率男女比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论血清过敏原测定有利于了解患者过敏状态,协助过敏性疾病的诊断,为过敏性疾病制订环境干预措施和免疫治疗方案提供可靠依据。

Objective To understand allergen distribution and it's characteristics in children patients with aller-gic disease of Quanzhou area .Methods From January 2010 to October 2010 ,all children who were suspected allergic were enrolled in the study .Western Blot was performed to detect two groups of allergens ,including inhalant and food allergens .Results Dust mites (31 .93% ) was the most common inhalant allergens ,milk (16 .85% ) and egg white (11 .09% ) were another two common food allergens .There was no significant diffrence in the prevalence of inhalant and food allergy between male and female(P<0 .05) .Conclusion Serum allergen determination might be conducive to identify the allergic status of the patients ,and provide a reliable basis to assist in the diagnosis of allergic diseases .
