目的探讨血气分析仪与生化分析仪检测动脉血与静脉血样本中血钾(K+)、血钠(N a+)、血氯(C l-)以及血总二氧化碳(TCO2)的相关性。方法分别用ABL800血气分析仪与OLYMPUS AU5400全自动生化分析仪对36例患者的动脉全血和血清样本进行K+、Na+、Cl-、TCO2的检测,对检测结果进行相关分析和配对 t检验。结果两种仪器测定K+、Na+、Cl-、TCO2的结果均有显著相关性(r=0.717,r=0.832,r=0.721,r=0.919,P<0.01)。两种仪器测定TCO2的结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ABL800血气分析仪测定K+、Na+、Cl-的结果显著高于OLYMPUS AU5400全自动生化分析仪(P<0.05)。结论 ABL800血气分析仪与AU5400生化分析仪K+、Na+、Cl-、TCO2检测结果相关性好,但仍存在一定的差异。

Objective To explore the correlation and possible differences of blood potassium ,sodium ,chlorine and total carbon dioxide measured by blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer .Methods The levels of artery or vein blood potassium ,sodium ,chlorine and total carbon dioxide from 36 patients were examined by ABL800 blood gas analyzer and OLYMPUS AU5400 automated biochemical analyzer ,and Pearson correlation analysis and paired t-test were employed to analyze the results .Results Significant correlation was found between results of blood potassium , sodium ,chlorine and total carbon dioxide of blood gas analyzer and biochemical analyzer (r= 0 .717 ,r= 0 .832 ,r=0 .721 ,r=0 .919 ,P< 0 .01) .There was no significant difference in total carbon dioxide concentration detected by these two instruments(P>0 .05) ,while potassium ,sodium and chlorine concentration detected by ABL 800 blood gas analyzer was significantly higher than those detected by OLYMPUS AU5400 biochemical analyzer(P<0 .05) .Con-clusion The results of the two analyzers could have significant correlation ,but also have some difference .
