　　目的：研究三种手术方式治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床治疗的手段、方法和影响因素。方法：分别采用复合式小梁切除术、复合式小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障摘除、超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入三种治疗方式来对2009年1月-2012年1月期间来笔者所在医院进行治疗的135例白内障合并青光眼患者的资料、临床表现、治疗方法进行分析。结果：根据患者的临床表现采用以下三种方式对其进行手术治疗。复合式小梁切除术的患者有45例，复合式小梁切除联合超声乳化白内障摘除治疗的有45例，超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入治疗的有45例。在治疗后对患者进行3~6个月的回访，三种治疗方式的疗效均较好。结论：白内障合并青光眼在临床中的表现较为复杂，因而针对不同类型的疾病应该采取不同的针对性治疗措施对患者的治疗效果较好。
　　목적：연구삼충수술방식치료백내장합병청광안적림상치료적수단、방법화영향인소。방법：분별채용복합식소량절제술、복합식소량절제연합초성유화백내장적제、초성유화백내장적제연합인공정체식입삼충치료방식래대2009년1월-2012년1월기간래필자소재의원진행치료적135례백내장합병청광안환자적자료、림상표현、치료방법진행분석。결과：근거환자적림상표현채용이하삼충방식대기진행수술치료。복합식소량절제술적환자유45례，복합식소량절제연합초성유화백내장적제치료적유45례，초성유화백내장적제연합인공정체식입치료적유45례。재치료후대환자진행3~6개월적회방，삼충치료방식적료효균교호。결론：백내장합병청광안재림상중적표현교위복잡，인이침대불동류형적질병응해채취불동적침대성치료조시대환자적치료효과교호。
Objective:factors of clinical treatment three operation mode of treatment of cataract combined with glaucoma means,method and ef ect. Methods:three kinds of treatment of compound trabeculectomy,trabeculectomy combined with cataract,cataract ultrasonic milk milk absorption absorption combined with intraocular lens implantation in January 2009-January 2012 period came to our hospital for treatment of 135 patients with cataract and glaucoma data,clinical manifestation,treatment method.Results:according to the clinical manifestations of patients with the fol owing three modes of operation for the treatment of. Patients with compound trabeculectomy in 45 cases,45 cases of compound trabeculectomy and cataract ultrasonic milk absorption treatment,45 cases of cataract ultrasonic milk absorption combined with intraocular lens implantation therapy. 3-6 months of pay a return visit to the patients after treatment,ef ect of three kinds of treatment methods are good.Conclusion:cataract combined with glaucoma in clinical manifestation is complicated,so for dif erent types of diseases should take dif erent treatment on patients with bet er treatment ef ect.
