目的：对脊髓损伤应用补阳还五汤加味麝香治疗的临床疗效进行分析。方法资料选自2009年10月-2012年8月在该院诊治脊髓损伤的患者118例，将其分为两组，各59例，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上应用补阳还五汤加味麝香进行治疗，对照组在常规治疗的基础上加用大活络丸治疗，观察两组患者脊髓损伤治疗前后的脊髓神经功能评分情况。结果比较治疗组和对照组患者治疗后的感觉评分，治疗组的明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组的运动评分也比对照组高，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论补阳还五汤加味麝香可促进脊髓损伤后的神经恢复，治疗效果比较明显，中药学上合理用药可减轻患者的痛苦，提高其生活质量，帮助患者早日康复，值得推广应用。
목적：대척수손상응용보양환오탕가미사향치료적림상료효진행분석。방법자료선자2009년10월-2012년8월재해원진치척수손상적환자118례，장기분위량조，각59례，치료조재상규치료적기출상응용보양환오탕가미사향진행치료，대조조재상규치료적기출상가용대활락환치료，관찰량조환자척수손상치료전후적척수신경공능평분정황。결과비교치료조화대조조환자치료후적감각평분，치료조적명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；치료조적운동평분야비대조조고，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론보양환오탕가미사향가촉진척수손상후적신경회복，치료효과비교명현，중약학상합리용약가감경환자적통고，제고기생활질량，방조환자조일강복，치득추엄응용。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of buyang huanwu decoction plus musk in the treatment of spinal cord in-jury. Methods The data of 118 cases of patients with spinal cord injury diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October, 2009 to August, 2012 were selected and divided into two groups, each of 59 cases. On the basis of conventional treatment, the treatment group was given buyang huanwu decoction plus musk for treatment, and the control group was given dahuoluo pill. The spinal cord injury neurological scores before and after treatment of two groups were observed. Results The sensory scores of the treatment group were obviously higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sport scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, too, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclu-sion Buyang huanwu decoction plus musk can promote nerve recovery after spinal cord injury with significant effect. Rational use of traditional Chinese medicine can relieve the pain of the patients, improve the quality of life of them and help the patients recov-er earlier, which is worthy of popularization and application.
