　　目的：探讨选取符合标准的病例以及手术后有效地辅助治疗的方法，达到早期乳腺癌使用保乳术取得良好的局部控制水平、生存率以及生活质量。方法：选取本院2006年5月-2012年12月治疗的早期乳腺癌应用保留乳房术式的患者50例，患者如手术时发现肿块广泛，应切除时一并清扫腋淋巴结。若患者肿块位于乳腺外上象限，需要整块切除原发灶和腋窝。术后行常规辅助放疗和化疗。结果：保乳组的局部区域复发率为8.0%，存活率达96.0%。根治组的局部区域复发率为12.0%，存活率达88.0%。结论：早期乳腺癌保乳治疗关键措施是规范的广泛切除，腋淋巴结清扫干净，以及术后辅助放疗和化疗，可良好地抑制局部的复发率，并且保乳治疗后大多数患者保持了良好的乳房外形。
　　목적：탐토선취부합표준적병례이급수술후유효지보조치료적방법，체도조기유선암사용보유술취득량호적국부공제수평、생존솔이급생활질량。방법：선취본원2006년5월-2012년12월치료적조기유선암응용보류유방술식적환자50례，환자여수술시발현종괴엄범，응절제시일병청소액림파결。약환자종괴위우유선외상상한，수요정괴절제원발조화액와。술후행상규보조방료화화료。결과：보유조적국부구역복발솔위8.0%，존활솔체96.0%。근치조적국부구역복발솔위12.0%，존활솔체88.0%。결론：조기유선암보유치료관건조시시규범적엄범절제，액림파결청소간정，이급술후보조방료화화료，가량호지억제국부적복발솔，병차보유치료후대다수환자보지료량호적유방외형。
Objective:To study the selection standard cases after the operation and effective auxiliary treatment to early breast cancer surgery using the milk has good local control level,the survival rate and quality of life.Methods:The related in our hospital from May 2006 to December 2012 treatment of early breast cancer patients with surgical breast application keep fifty cases,such as surgery patients found mass should be widely,together with the cleaning armpit lymph node resection. If the mass lesion in the patients with breast on the quadrant,need block resection of primary stove and armpit.Do the routine auxiliary radiation and chemotherapy.Results:The milk group of local recurrence rate was 8.0%,survival rate was 96.0%,radical group of local recurrence rate was 12.0%,survival rate was 88.0%.Conclusion:The treatment of early breast cancer milk key measures are standard wide resection,armpit lymph node dissection is clean,and postoperative adjuvant radiation therapy and chemotherapy,can good inhibition local recurrence rate,and the milk after treatment most patients maintain a good breast shape.
