　　目的：探讨在内镜下钛夹配合高频电凝电切法治疗大肠息肉的应用价值。方法：内镜下采用钛夹钳夹配合高频电凝电切术治疗大肠息肉患者54例。结果：内镜下大肠息肉切除仅有2例患者出现少许出血，均经内镜下治疗止血成功。所有息肉成功切除，无大出血和穿孔等并发症。结论：内镜下钛夹配合高频电凝电切法治疗大肠息肉疗效确切，安全性高，值得临床广泛推广。
　　목적：탐토재내경하태협배합고빈전응전절법치료대장식육적응용개치。방법：내경하채용태협겸협배합고빈전응전절술치료대장식육환자54례。결과：내경하대장식육절제부유2례환자출현소허출혈，균경내경하치료지혈성공。소유식육성공절제，무대출혈화천공등병발증。결론：내경하태협배합고빈전응전절법치료대장식육료효학절，안전성고，치득림상엄범추엄。
Objective:To investigate the endoscopic titanium clips together with the high frequency electric coagulation method,the application value of the treatment of colon polyps.Method:Endoscopic using titanium clamp clip cut together with the high frequency electric coagulation treatment of 54 patients with colon polyps.Result:Endoscopic colon polyps in only 2 patients appeared a little bleeding,both by endoscopic treatment of bleeding.All polyps resection, successfully without complications such as bleeding and perforation.Conclusion:Endoscopic titanium clips together with the high frequency electric coagulation method,treatment of colon polyps efficacy,high safety,and is worth clinical popularizing widely.
