电梯非正常停机识别是电梯运行安全监测和故障报警的基础。介绍一种基于电流特征的电梯运行状态监测方法,研究基于快速模板匹配的电梯非正常停机识别算法,开发电梯运行状态监测装置的硬件和软件,实现电梯非正常停机识别、停电监测和故障报警。试验表明:该方法可行,装置安装容易,识别准确率高,报警及时有效。

This paper introduces a method for monitoring the abnormal fault of elevator based on current features. The elevator abnormal fault recognition algorithm is based on improved template matching, the hardware and software design of elevator condition monitoring device. It is realized real-time monitoring of the abnormal fault, power failure and fault alarm when faults occurred. Experiments show that the method is feasible, the device is easy installation, high recognition accuracy, alarm timely and effective.
