目的：及时诊断慢性粒细胞白血病并发症，以达到早期治疗，延缓生命。方法：通过对慢性粒细胞性白血病髓外转移的临床观察及确诊过程，吸取教训，以提高诊治水平。结论：慢性粒细胞性白血病髓外转移，形成白色肉瘤是一种少见的并发症，予后极其不良。

목적：급시진단만성립세포백혈병병발증，이체도조기치료，연완생명。방법：통과대만성립세포성백혈병수외전이적림상관찰급학진과정，흡취교훈，이제고진치수평。결론：만성립세포성백혈병수외전이，형성백색육류시일충소견적병발증，여후겁기불량。
