　　目的：探讨B超引导下建立微经皮肾通道在经皮肾取石术的临床疗效。方法：选取2009年6月-2012年12月笔者所在医院收治的360例肾结石患者，在B超引导下穿刺肾盏，建立皮肤肾脏通道，输尿管镜下采用气压弹道碎石或钬激光取石术。结果：360例患者穿刺成功建立皮肤肾脏通道，328例行Ⅰ期取石术，32例行Ⅱ期取石术。术后1周复查，311例患者结石排净，49例结石残余，结石清除率86.3%。手术时间50~280 min，平均165 min，出血3例，气胸1例。无一例腹腔脏器副损伤。结论：B超引导微经皮肾穿刺下输尿管镜治疗肾结石是治疗肾结石的有效方法。具有创伤小、并发症少等优点。
　　목적：탐토B초인도하건립미경피신통도재경피신취석술적림상료효。방법：선취2009년6월-2012년12월필자소재의원수치적360례신결석환자，재B초인도하천자신잔，건립피부신장통도，수뇨관경하채용기압탄도쇄석혹화격광취석술。결과：360례환자천자성공건립피부신장통도，328례행Ⅰ기취석술，32례행Ⅱ기취석술。술후1주복사，311례환자결석배정，49례결석잔여，결석청제솔86.3%。수술시간50~280 min，평균165 min，출혈3례，기흉1례。무일례복강장기부손상。결론：B초인도미경피신천자하수뇨관경치료신결석시치료신결석적유효방법。구유창상소、병발증소등우점。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of management of renal stone by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (MPCNL) under B type ultrasonogyaphy guidance.Method:Selection on June 2009-December 2012,the author’s hospital treated 360 cases of patients with kidney stones,under ultrasound guided puncture calyces,establish skin kidney channel,using pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy under ureter mirror or holmium laser nephrolithotomy.Result:360 cases of patients with skin kidney puncture successfully established channels,328 issue of stone extraction for routine,32 second stone extraction for routine. Postoperative 1 week and review of the 311 cases of patients with calculi net,49 cases calculi residual,stone clearance rate was 86.3%.The operation time of 50-280 min,an average of 165 min,bleeding in 3 cases,1 cases pneumothorax.No 1 case of abdominal viscera damage.Conclusion:Micro ultrasound guided percutaneous renal biopsy under ureteroscopy treatment is an effective method for treatment of kidney stones in kidney stones.The advantages of small trauma,fewer complications, etc.
