目的探讨小剂量阿司匹林对大隐静脉曲张手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)的预防作用。方法将2011年1月-2013年3月期间收治的77例大隐静脉曲张患者随机分为两组,观察组38例,术后服用小剂量阿司匹林(100 mg),对照组39例,术后未服用小剂量阿司匹林。结果两组皮下瘀斑、创口瘀血、下肢肿胀和/或疼痛、胃肠道反应比较,差异无统计学意义;阿司匹林组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)分别为(16.4±4.5)s和(36.1±6.2)s,对照组分别为(13.2±2.4)s和(26.5±7.3)s,两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论预防性应用阿司匹林可有效改变大隐静脉曲张术后高血凝状态,降低DVT发生风险。临床应用是相对安全的。

Objective To explore preventive strategies of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) after varicose vein surgery with low dose aspirin. Methods 77 patients undergoing varicose vein surgery were randomized into two groups:aspirin group and control group.In aspirin group, 38 patients were given low dose aspirin(100 mg) after surgery, the others as control group. Results There were no signiifcant difference in subcutaneous petechiae, wound with blood stasis and gastrointestinal reaction between the two groups.In Aspirin group, prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) were(16.4 ± 4.5)s,(36.1 ± 6.2)s, the control group were(13.2 ± 2.4)s,(26.5 ± 7.3)s, and the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion It is a effective and safe way to change the High blood coagulation state and reduce the incidence of DVT risk after varicose vein surgery with low dose aspirin.
