　　目的：了解顺义区城区儿童入园前身体状况，为提高日常工作提供理论依据。方法：记录2007-2012年所有参加入园体检的儿童的体重、血红蛋白结果，对6年来的肥胖儿及贫血患儿进行纵向比较。结果：2007-2012年贫血患病率有下降趋势，2007年与2012年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；肥胖率逐年上升，2007年与2012年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：顺义城区入园前儿童贫血患病率逐年下降，肥胖率有逐年递增趋势，应将儿童肥胖管理作为干预的重点。

Objective:To understand physical status of children prior to kindergarten in the urban district of Shunyi,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the daily work.Method:To collect the results of children’s weight and hemoglobin from 2007 to 2012,and compare the results of the six years.Result:During 2007 to 2012,anemia prevalence had a downward trend,the results reached statistical difference between 2007 with 2012(P<0.05).Obesity rates rosed year by year,with significant difference between 2007 with 2012 (P<0.05).Conclusion:From 2007 to 2012 physical status of children in Shunyi urban district,anemia prevalence has a downward trend,but the obesity rate has an upward trend.Management of children’s anemia is the key point of child health care.
