目的：回顾性分析21例rt-PA溶栓患者从发病到溶栓的4个重要时间段。方法对比患者从发病到入院，入院到头CT检查，做完头CT到入神经内科，入科到溶栓的时间，及院前和院后时间。结果患者从发病到入院及从做完CT到入科的时间明显多于入院到CT ，及入科到溶栓的时间；院后时间明显多于院前时间。结论缩短院前时间，优化入院后流程，是二级医院患者尽早溶栓的重要步骤。
목적：회고성분석21례rt-PA용전환자종발병도용전적4개중요시간단。방법대비환자종발병도입원，입원도두CT검사，주완두CT도입신경내과，입과도용전적시간，급원전화원후시간。결과환자종발병도입원급종주완CT도입과적시간명현다우입원도CT ，급입과도용전적시간；원후시간명현다우원전시간。결론축단원전시간，우화입원후류정，시이급의원환자진조용전적중요보취。
Objective To retrospectively analyze the four important time from onset to thrombolysis of 21 cases of patients with rt-PA thrombolysis.Methods the time from the onset to hospital ,admission to CT ,CT to into the branch ,into the branch to thrombolysis ,pre-hospital and after-hospital time were compared.Results Time from the onset to admission and from CT to into the branch were significantly more than those of admission to CT ,and the branch to thrombolysis time ;time after-hospital was significantly more than that of pre-hospital. Conclusion To shorten pre-hospital time and optimize processes after admission are the important steps for patients for thrombolysis as soon as possible in the two grade hospital.
