　　目的：研究乳房良性肿块切除术中采用高频电刀手术对切口愈后的影响。方法：分析2009年以来笔者所在医院行乳房良性肿块切除患者75例，随机分成对照组40例和电刀组35例。对照组采取常规手术方法，电刀组采用电刀进行肿块切除，观察比较两组患者在术后切口的愈合情况。结果：对照组的切口愈合情况明显比电刀组好。结论：采用高频电刀进行乳房良性肿块切除对切口愈后产生不良影响几率较高。
　　목적：연구유방량성종괴절제술중채용고빈전도수술대절구유후적영향。방법：분석2009년이래필자소재의원행유방량성종괴절제환자75례，수궤분성대조조40례화전도조35례。대조조채취상규수술방법，전도조채용전도진행종괴절제，관찰비교량조환자재술후절구적유합정황。결과：대조조적절구유합정황명현비전도조호。결론：채용고빈전도진행유방량성종괴절제대절구유후산생불량영향궤솔교고。
Objective:To study the effect of high frequency electric knives for incision healing of breast benign tumor surgery.Method:75 patients who had breast benign operations in our hospital since 2009 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group had 40 cases and the high frequency electric knife group had 35 cases.Patients in the control group were treated by the conventional treatment and the high frequency electric knife group were treated by electric knife surgery to resect the tumor.The incision healing situation of patients in the two groups after surgery was observed.Result:The healing of incision of the control group was better than the one of the high frequency electric knife group.Conclusion:High frequency electric knife for breast surgery can do bad effects on the healing of incision.
