分子靶向抗癌药物是指作用于肿瘤细胞的特定分子靶点，对肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移等恶性生物学行为具有抑制作用从而产生抗肿瘤作用的药物。近年来，针对不同分子靶点的抗肿瘤药物不断进入临床，表现出良好的抗肿瘤作用。前列腺癌在中国中老年男性中的发病率随着生活水平等条件的改善而提高，越来越引起大家的注意。其治疗方法及外科手术术式等已经成为大家关注的重点。

Molecular targeted antitumor drug is a new type of antitumor drugs which target molecules special y exist in tumor cells, and therefore inhibit proliferation, invasion, or metastasis of tumor cells with little side effect on normal cells.
