目的：分析小剂量阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表法将沈阳二四二医院收治的114例妊娠高血压患者分为2组（n=57）。对照组患者治疗过程中静脉滴注25%硫酸镁，20 g/d，控制滴速1 g/h。试验组患者在对照组的基础上，加口服阿司匹林，口服50 mg/d。比较两种不同用药方式的临床疗效。结果试验组患者高血压21例（85.96%）、水肿18例（66.67%）、蛋白尿16例（71.93%）恢复正常的比例较对照组患者的高血压49例（36.84%）、水肿38例（31.58%）、蛋白尿41例（28.07%）明显偏高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论小剂量阿司匹林联合硫酸镁对妊娠高血压的临床治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze clinical treatment effects of small dose aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate on gestational hypertension. Methods 114 cases of gestational hypertension were chosen who had been admitted at our hospital and divided them into group two groups stochastically,controll group had 57 cases of patients, intravenous dripped 20 g of 25%magnesium sulfate every day in the course of treatment, and controlled dripping speed 1 g/h.Experiment group had 57 cases, added with preoral aspirin based on the control group,50 mg for everyday. Curative effects were analyzed. Results The number of patients whose hypertension 49 cases(85.96%), oedema 38 cases(66.67%), proteinuria 41 cases (71.93%) have recovered normal level in experiment group was more than controll group’s[hypertension 21 cases (36.84%), oedema 18 cases (31.58%), proteinuria 16 cases(28.07%)](P<0.05). Conclusion Small aspirin combined with magnesium sulfate have significant clinical treatment effects on gestational hypertension.
