目的：通过对36例多个皮瓣修复手部多处深度电烧伤的深度分析，为深度电烧伤的有效治疗奠定基础。方法从近2年治疗的手部电烧伤患者当中，分析并探究随机选取的36例多个皮瓣修复手部深度电烧伤的临床疗效及后期康复程度。结果执行皮瓣修复并完好成活愈合有35例，剩余1例因后期处理不当，产生化脓现象，经深度清理以及再缝合后痊愈。结论手部深度电烧伤可以通过选取多个合适皮瓣进行移植达到彻底的修复，临床疗效显著。
목적：통과대36례다개피판수복수부다처심도전소상적심도분석，위심도전소상적유효치료전정기출。방법종근2년치료적수부전소상환자당중，분석병탐구수궤선취적36례다개피판수복수부심도전소상적림상료효급후기강복정도。결과집행피판수복병완호성활유합유35례，잉여1례인후기처리불당，산생화농현상，경심도청리이급재봉합후전유。결론수부심도전소상가이통과선취다개합괄피판진행이식체도철저적수복，림상료효현저。
Objective Through more than 36 cases of multiple depth flap hand-depth analysis of electrical burns, electrical burns as an effective treatment for deep foundation. Methods From hospital nearly two years of treatment among patients with electrical burns hand, analyze and explore randomly selected 36 cases of multiple flap hand deep electrical burns clinical efficacy and post-rehabilitation level. Results Run flap survival and well healed, 35 cases, and the remaining one case due to improper post-processing, resulting in septic phenomena, as well as by the depth of the cleanup and then suture healed. Conclusion The hand deep electrical burns can select more suitable for transplantation to achieve complete flap repair, significant clinical effect.
