妊娠期糖尿病是妊娠期的一种常见病，可以引发多种并发症。临床研究发现其主要致病因子为抗胰岛素样物质增加和β细胞分泌降低。对妊娠期糖尿病深入研究，有利于更深层次的了解该疾病的发生发展过程，从而有利于更好地预防控制妊娠期糖尿病，将其对母婴危害降到最低。目前研究表明多种因素可能与妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展存在联系。现综述近年来妊娠期糖尿病致病因素的研究进展。

Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common disease during pregnancy. GDM can lead to many complications. Clinical studies have found that increased insulin resistance and decreasedβ-cell secretion are the main pathogenesis. The deep research in GDM,makes for a deeper understanding of the disease development,and to better prevention and control of GDM,minimize its safety threat to maternal and child. Current research suggests that many factors may link with the incidence of GDM development. The papers in recent years on the pathogenic factors of GDM progress are reviewed.
