目的：研究临床护理路径在脑血管支架成形术中的应用效果。方法：选取本院收治的行脑血管支架成形术患者120例，按照数字随机法分为观察组和对照组，对照组采取传统护理模式，观察组则采取临床护理路径模式，比较两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者平均住院时间短于对照组，观察组患者及家属对护理服务模式的总满意度高于对照组，观察组患者术后血管迷走神经反射发生率及穿支动脉闭塞发生率均低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床护理路径在脑血管支架成形术患者护理中应用效果较好，可提升患者以及家属的满意度，减少平均住院时间，降低并发症的发生率，临床价值较高。
목적：연구림상호리로경재뇌혈관지가성형술중적응용효과。방법：선취본원수치적행뇌혈관지가성형술환자120례，안조수자수궤법분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채취전통호리모식，관찰조칙채취림상호리로경모식，비교량조호리효과。결과：관찰조환자평균주원시간단우대조조，관찰조환자급가속대호리복무모식적총만의도고우대조조，관찰조환자술후혈관미주신경반사발생솔급천지동맥폐새발생솔균저우대조조，비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：림상호리로경재뇌혈관지가성형술환자호리중응용효과교호，가제승환자이급가속적만의도，감소평균주원시간，강저병발증적발생솔，림상개치교고。
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of clinical care path in treatment of cerebral vascular stenting. Method:120 patients with cerebral vascular stenting in our hospital were randomly divided into control group,treated by traditional care model,and observation group,treated by clinical care path model. The application effect of the two groups were analyzed. Result:After treatment,average length of stay of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group. The total satisfaction of patients and their families to care model of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group. Vasovagal emission rate and the incidence of perforating artery occlusion of observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Clinical nursing path in patients with cerebral vascular stenting has better care application,patients and families can improve patient satisfaction and reduce the average length of stay,reduce the incidence of complications.
