目的：了解＞50岁糖尿病患者视网膜病变(DR)流行病学情况，探讨其危险因素。方法：对芦蒲镇筛查出699例确诊的＞50岁2型糖尿病患者，采用2002年10月国际临床DR严重程度分级标准，根据眼底照相及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)为诊断和分级依据；制定调查表开展DR流行病学危险因素调查。结果：240例DR中，轻度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)92例(38.33%)；中度NPDR 97例(40.42%)；重度NPDR 33例(13.75%)；(PDR)18例(7.5%)。结论：加大DR筛查力度，可极有成效地挽救部分患者的视力。
목적：료해＞50세당뇨병환자시망막병변(DR)류행병학정황，탐토기위험인소。방법：대호포진사사출699례학진적＞50세2형당뇨병환자，채용2002년10월국제림상DR엄중정도분급표준，근거안저조상급형광소안저혈관조영(FFA)위진단화분급의거；제정조사표개전DR류행병학위험인소조사。결과：240례DR중，경도비증식성당뇨병시망막병변(NPDR)92례(38.33%)；중도NPDR 97례(40.42%)；중도NPDR 33례(13.75%)；(PDR)18례(7.5%)。결론：가대DR사사력도，가겁유성효지만구부분환자적시력。
Objective:To explore the epidemiology of diabetic retinopathy(DR) in people above 50 years old,and to investigate the risk factors.Methods:699 cases over 50 years old were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in screening of the Lupu town.According to the October 2002 international clinical DR severity grading standard,take fundus photography and fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA) as the diagnosis and grading basis,and design the questionnaire to investigate epidemiological risk factors of DR.Results:In 240 cases of DR,92 cases with mild NPDR(38.33% ),97 cases with NPDR(40.42% ),33 cases with severe NPDR(13.75% ),18 cases with PDR(7.5% ).Conclusion: Increaseing DR screening efforts will be very effective to save part of visual acuity.
