本文通过回顾性分析2012年6月-2013年12月586例腹部切口患者的临床资料，详细论述了对患者术前、术中、术后合理的心理、饮食、护理及康复指导。通过加强护理，促进了切口的愈口，使患者早日康复。另外，有效合理的护理，能够保证患者腹部切口的良好愈合，使手术风险降低，手术的成功率提高，减少了医疗纠纷的发生。

본문통과회고성분석2012년6월-2013년12월586례복부절구환자적림상자료，상세논술료대환자술전、술중、술후합리적심리、음식、호리급강복지도。통과가강호리，촉진료절구적유구，사환자조일강복。령외，유효합리적호리，능구보증환자복부절구적량호유합，사수술풍험강저，수술적성공솔제고，감소료의료규분적발생。
The text retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 586 patients with abdominal incision from June 2012 to December 2013.We discussed in detail the reasonable psychological,diet,nursing and rehabilitation instruction at the time of preoperative, intraoperative and after operation.Through strengthen the nursing, wound healing was promoted,and made the patients recovered early.In addition, the effective and reasonable nursing can make the patients'incision healed well,and to be cured and discharged. It can reduce the operation risk and improve the success rate of operation,and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.
