目的：探讨助产士全程陪伴分娩的效果。方法：400例住院分娩产妇按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组200例。对照组按传统助产模式分娩，观察组实施全程责任制助产士陪伴分娩。结果：观察组剖宫产率15.5%(31/200)，对照组34.5%(69/200)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组自然分娩产妇总产程时间、疼痛评分及产后2小时出血量均显著小于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组新生儿窒息率1.5%(3/200)，对照组3.5%(7/200)，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：助产士全程陪伴分娩能有效缩短总产程时间，缓解分娩疼痛，减少产后出血，降低剖宫产率。
목적：탐토조산사전정배반분면적효과。방법：400례주원분면산부안수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，매조200례。대조조안전통조산모식분면，관찰조실시전정책임제조산사배반분면。결과：관찰조부궁산솔15.5%(31/200)，대조조34.5%(69/200)，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조자연분면산부총산정시간、동통평분급산후2소시출혈량균현저소우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。관찰조신생인질식솔1.5%(3/200)，대조조3.5%(7/200)，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)。결론：조산사전정배반분면능유효축단총산정시간，완해분면동통，감소산후출혈，강저부궁산솔。
Objective:To investigate the effect of midwives accompany delivery.Methods:400 puerperas who delivery in hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group with 200 cases in each according to the random number table.The control group were given the traditional midwifery delivery mode,while the observation group were given a full responsibility to accompany delivery.Results:The cesarean section rate of the observation group was 15.5(31/200),and the cesarean section rate of the control group was 34.5(69/200).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total labor time,postpartum hemorrhage,pain scores and the amount of bleeding after parturition 2 hours of the natural childbirth parturient in the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate of the observation group was 1.5%(3/200),and the neonatal asphyxia rate of the control group was 3.5%(7/200). There was not significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Midwives accompany delivery can effectively shorten the total labor time,ease the pain of childbirth,postpartum hemorrhage,and decrease the rate of cesarean section.
