目的：探讨健康教育在社区糖尿病患者服药依从性方面影响。方法：2012年1月-2014年2月选择糖尿病患者262例，随机平均分为试验组和对照组，其中对照组仅进行常规的治疗，试验组则在此基础上进行健康教育，对两组患者的服药依从性进行比较分析。结果：试验组总依从率(97.7%)要明显高于对照组(86.3%)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：健康教育的干预能够有效提升糖尿病患者的服药依从性，保证了临床治疗的效果。

목적：탐토건강교육재사구당뇨병환자복약의종성방면영향。방법：2012년1월-2014년2월선택당뇨병환자262례，수궤평균분위시험조화대조조，기중대조조부진행상규적치료，시험조칙재차기출상진행건강교육，대량조환자적복약의종성진행비교분석。결과：시험조총의종솔(97.7%)요명현고우대조조(86.3%)，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：건강교육적간예능구유효제승당뇨병환자적복약의종성，보증료림상치료적효과。
Objective:To explore the influence of health education on the medication compliance of patients with diabetes in community.Methods:262 cases with diabetes were selected from January 2012 to February 2014. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group were treated with routine treatment.The experimental group were treated with health education on this basis.The medication compliances in the two groups were compared and analyed.Results:Through health education,the total compliance rate of the experimental group was 97.7%,and it was higher than 86.3% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The health education intervention can improve the medication compliance of patients with diabetes,and guarantee the effect of clinical treatment.
