本文就1例单纯腹壁刀伤处理失误致失血性休克做一简单介绍。该病例提示我们不可忽视腹壁伤的处理，对于腹部穿透伤，不论是否伤及内脏，伤口均应该完善止血，逐层缝合，伤口较小时，应适当扩大伤口，切忌仅仅缝合皮层了事。

In this paper,I will do a simple introduce for 1 case of abdominal wall scar treatment led to the failure of hemorrhagic shock. The case prompted that we can’t ignore dealing with the abdominal wall.For penetrating injury in abdomen, regardless of whether viscera is injuried,we should perfectly deal with the bleeding wounds, and suture the wound layered.When the wound is small,we should be appropriate to expand the wound. We should not just sew the cortex for the convenience.
