目的：探讨醒脾化湿汤加味治疗湿阻病的临床疗效。方法：收治湿阻病患者80例，采用醒脾化湿汤加味治疗，观察疗效。结果：80例中治愈38例，显效27例，有效10例，无效5例，总有效率93.8%。结论：醒脾化湿汤加味治疗湿阻病的临床疗效显著。

목적：탐토성비화습탕가미치료습조병적림상료효。방법：수치습조병환자80례，채용성비화습탕가미치료，관찰료효。결과：80례중치유38례，현효27례，유효10례，무효5례，총유효솔93.8%。결론：성비화습탕가미치료습조병적림상료효현저。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of dampness disease treated with modified Xing Pi Hua Shi decoction. Methods:80 cases with dampness disease were selected.They were treated by modified Xing Pi Hua Shi decoction.We observed the curative effect.Results:In 80 cases,38 cases were cured,27 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,and the total efficiency was 93.8%.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of dampness disease treated with modified Xing Pi Hua Shi decoction is significant.
