目的：观察骨松汤联合阿仑磷酸钠治疗脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松患者的临床疗效，并探讨骨松汤对脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松影响的机制。方法：收治脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松患者60例，按随机数字表法分成治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组给予骨松汤和阿仑磷酸钠片口服，对照组予以阿仑磷酸钠片口服。3个月后观察两组患者骨密度、VAS疼痛评分、血清骨特异性碱性磷酸酶(BAP)的变化。结果：治疗后，治疗组VAS评分和血清BAP较对照组明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组骨密度较对照组明显提高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：骨松汤能够改善脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松骨密度的机制可能与降低其血清BAP有关。骨松汤能明显改善脾肾阳虚型骨质疏松患者的临床症状，安全可靠，值得推广。
목적：관찰골송탕연합아륜린산납치료비신양허형골질소송환자적림상료효，병탐토골송탕대비신양허형골질소송영향적궤제。방법：수치비신양허형골질소송환자60례，안수궤수자표법분성치료조화대조조，각30례。치료조급여골송탕화아륜린산납편구복，대조조여이아륜린산납편구복。3개월후관찰량조환자골밀도、VAS동통평분、혈청골특이성감성린산매(BAP)적변화。결과：치료후，치료조VAS평분화혈청BAP교대조조명현강저，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；치료조골밀도교대조조명현제고，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：골송탕능구개선비신양허형골질소송골밀도적궤제가능여강저기혈청BAP유관。골송탕능명현개선비신양허형골질소송환자적림상증상，안전가고，치득추엄。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of loose bone soup combined with alendronate in treatment of spleen and kidney insufficiency type osteoporosis,and to investigate the mechanism of loose bone soup effect on spleen and kidney insufficiency type osteoporosis.Methods:60 cases with spleen and kidney insufficiency type osteoporosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The treatment group were given loose bone soup and alendronate sodium tablets orally,and the control group were given alendronate tablets orally.We observed the changes on bone mineral density,VAS pain score,serum bone specific alkaline phosphatase(BAP) in two groups after 3 months.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score and the serum BAP in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The bone density improvement in the treatment group was more obviously than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mechanism of loose bone soup in improving bone density may be related with the decrease of the serum BAP.The loose bone soup can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen and kidney insufficiency type osteoporosis,and it is safe and reliable,so it worth to promote.
