目的：探讨钛板坚强内固定治疗颌面骨折的临床疗效。方法：收治行钛板坚强内固定治疗的颌面骨折患者59例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：59例患者手术均Ⅰ期愈合，术后仅2例患者发生咬合关系不良、张口受限现象，其余患者均取得良好的治疗效果。经X线片检查显示患者骨折全部愈合，且螺钉、钛板无移位或断裂现象发生。结论：给予颌面骨折患者钛板坚固内固定治疗可取得良好的效果，且不良反应少，临床效果显著，值得推广和应用。
目的：探討鈦闆堅彊內固定治療頜麵骨摺的臨床療效。方法：收治行鈦闆堅彊內固定治療的頜麵骨摺患者59例，對其臨床資料進行迴顧性分析。結果：59例患者手術均Ⅰ期愈閤，術後僅2例患者髮生咬閤關繫不良、張口受限現象，其餘患者均取得良好的治療效果。經X線片檢查顯示患者骨摺全部愈閤，且螺釘、鈦闆無移位或斷裂現象髮生。結論：給予頜麵骨摺患者鈦闆堅固內固定治療可取得良好的效果，且不良反應少，臨床效果顯著，值得推廣和應用。
목적：탐토태판견강내고정치료합면골절적림상료효。방법：수치행태판견강내고정치료적합면골절환자59례，대기림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：59례환자수술균Ⅰ기유합，술후부2례환자발생교합관계불량、장구수한현상，기여환자균취득량호적치료효과。경X선편검사현시환자골절전부유합，차라정、태판무이위혹단렬현상발생。결론：급여합면골절환자태판견고내고정치료가취득량호적효과，차불량반응소，림상효과현저，치득추엄화응용。
Objective:To investigate the effect of titanium plate fixation for the treatment of maxillofacial fracture.Methods:59 cases with maxillofacial fractures were treated with titanium plate fixation,and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results:59 cases were healed in one stage of the operation,only 2 cases occurred the phenomenon of malocclusion and limitation of mouth opening after operation.All the other patients achieved good curative effect.The X-ray examination showed that all cases with fracture healing,the screw and titanium plate did not shift or fracture.Conclusion:Using titanium plate fixation treatment on the patients with maxillofacial fracture can achieve good curative effect,and less adverse reaction,the clinical efficacy is significant,so it is worthy of promotion and application.
