目的：探讨慢性肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭采用卡托普利和安体舒通以及生脉治疗的临床效果。方法：收治慢性肺源性心脏病合并右心衰患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各30例。对照组采用强心、利尿等常规治疗；试验组在对照组治疗基础上加用卡托普利和安体舒通以及生脉治疗。结果：经过治疗后，试验组有效率96.7%(29/30)明显高于对照组83.3%(25/30)，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在强心和利尿等治疗基础上，对慢性肺源性心脏病合并右心衰竭患者采用卡托普利、安体舒通以及生脉治疗，可有效地改善患者心功能等症状，同时缩短患者的心衰时间，提高治疗效果。
목적：탐토만성폐원성심장병합병우심쇠갈채용잡탁보리화안체서통이급생맥치료적림상효과。방법：수치만성폐원성심장병합병우심쇠환자60례，안조수궤수자표법분위시험조화대조조각30례。대조조채용강심、이뇨등상규치료；시험조재대조조치료기출상가용잡탁보리화안체서통이급생맥치료。결과：경과치료후，시험조유효솔96.7%(29/30)명현고우대조조83.3%(25/30)，차이구유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：재강심화이뇨등치료기출상，대만성폐원성심장병합병우심쇠갈환자채용잡탁보리、안체서통이급생맥치료，가유효지개선환자심공능등증상，동시축단환자적심쇠시간，제고치료효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right heart failure treated with captopril and spironolactone and Sheng Mai treatment.Methods:60 cases with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right heart failure were selected.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group were treated by cardiotonic,diuretic and other conventional treatment.The experimental group added captopril and spironolactone and Sheng Mai treatment on the basis of the control group. Results:After treatment,the effective rate of 96.7%(29/30) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group of 83.3%(25/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of cardiotonic and diuretic treatment,the chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with right heart failure patients were treated with captopril, spironolactone and Sheng Mai treatment,which can effectively improve heart function of patients,shorten the time of patients with heart failure,and improve the therapeutic effect.
