目的:研究小组讨论教学法在神经病学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2010级全科医学班学生98人,随机分为实验组和对照组,进行理论授课结合小组讨论教学法与单纯理论授课教学方法的对比研究。课程结束后,采用统一理论测试评价学生知识掌握程度;对实验组学生进行问卷调查,评价小组讨论教学的主观效果。结果:两组学生知识掌握度比较,实验组(83.54依10.46)与对照组(77.52依11.64)比较,P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。实验组学生对小组讨论教学法的主观效果评价均在68.8%以上。结论:小组讨论教学法在神经病学教学中的应用收到了良好的效果,得到大多数学生的认同,值得合理推广。

Objective: To study the effect of the application of group discussion teaching method in neurology teaching. Methods: 98 students of medical of 2010 levels were randomly divided into two groups for comparative study of the theoretical teaching integrating group discussion teaching methods and simple theoretical teaching method. At the end of the course, a theory test was used to evaluate the knowledge level;a questionnaire survey were carried on the experimental group to evaluate the subjective effect of group discussion teaching method. Results: The comparison of knowledge level of the experimental group and the control group were (83.54±10.46)and (77.52±11.64) (P<0.01), the difference was statistically significant. The evaluation of subjective effect in the experimental group were all above 68.8%. Conclusions: The application of group discussion teaching method in neurology teaching received good results, and was agreed by the majority of students. It is reasonable application.
