建设专业化、专家化、职业化的高素质稳定的辅导员队伍是近十年来业界一直在呼吁和努力实践的工作方向。加强辅导员队伍建设,需要从提升辅导员能力素质入手。本文提出可从构建辅导员能力素质提升机制、分阶段实施辅导员能力素质提升、营造良好的培养环境三方面提升辅导员能力素质。

Building the high-quality and stable counselors teams with specialization, professionalism is the work direction of calling for practice over the past decade in industry. Strengthening counselors teams construction needs to start from the improvement of counselors' ability. This paper proposes that from the three aspects of building counselors ability and quality promotion mechanisms, phased implementing counselors' ability and quality promotion and creating a good training environment to enhance counselors' ability and quality.
