随着改革开放的不断深入,我国工程建设管理模式从学习先进走向自主创新。近年来在我国工程企业的不懈努力下,管理模式日新月异,已经成功实践了EPC、PMC(Project Management Contract)、IPMT(Integrated Project Management Team)和供应链管理等项目管理模式。本文对我国工程项目供应链管理发展过程进行了梳理,并对工程供应链特点进行简述。

With the deepening of reform and open in China, the construction management mode has promoted from learning advanced to self-dependent innovation. In recent years, under the tireless efforts of Chinese engineering enterprises, the management mode is improving continuously, and has successfully practiced many management modes such as EPC, PMC (Project Management Contract), IPMT (Integrated Project Management Team) as well as supply chain management. This paper summarizes the development process of engineering project supply chain management in our country, and gives a brief description of the characteristics of construction supply chain.
