随着21世纪知识经济的发展,欧美国家的教育改革中出现了技能研究与实践的高潮。一些技能目标研究的组织不但提出了具体的技能教育目标体系,还提出了技能与核心学科整合的具体内容和步骤。从这些技能目标的研究内容中,我们不仅可以看出新时代对人才所必备的技能素质的要求,也可以看出国外在学科教育中整合实现这些技能目标的模式和方法。这些都为我国在新时代主题下进行中小学课程与教学目标的发展和教育理念的实施提供了借鉴。

With the development of 21st century knowledge economy, skills education becomes hot research field in the educational reform research and practice in the United States and Europe. Some organizations which study the Objectives of skills education not only made specific skills education goal system, but also proposed of the content and process on the integration of skills into core subjects. From the study of these skills education, we can see not only the necessary skills requirements for talents in the new era, but also the existing models and methods on the integration of skills into core subjects. All these have provided references for the development of today's curriculum and instruction object in our primary and middle schools in the new era.
