[目的]探讨高职护生择业焦虑状况及其影响因素,为高职院校相关部门采取针对性措施,改善护生择业焦虑现状提供依据。[方法]采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、自编高职护生择业焦虑原因问卷对116名临近毕业的高职护生进行问卷调查,并与国内常模比较。[结果]高职护生择业焦虑总体标准分为(49.27±9.07)分,与国内常模比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高职护生择业焦虑主要与就业竞争压力、缺乏就业支持、自信心不足、担心就业前景等因素有关。[结论]临近毕业高职护生存在一定程度的择业焦虑,管理者应重视护生的焦虑状况,及时进行心理疏导,降低高职护生的择业焦虑水平,提高其心理健康水平。

Obj ective:To probe into status quo of career anxiety of higher vocational nursing students and its influencing factors,so as to provide evi-dences for relevant departments in high vocational colleges to take specific measures and improve the status quo of nursing students’career anxiety. Methods:A total of 1 1 6 vocational nursing students approaching gradua-tion were investigated by using Anxiety Rating Scale (SAS)and self made nursing students career anxiety reason questionnaire,then to compare with the national norm.Results:total standard score of career anxiety in vocational nursing students was (49.27±9.07),which was higher than the national norm,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Career anxiety of higher vocational nursing students was related with em-ployment competitive pressures,lack of employment support,lack of confi-dence and worrying about job prospects.Conclusion:Higher vocational nursing students approaching graduation have a certain degree of career anxiety,and managers should think highly of nursing students ’anxiety conditions,timely carry out psychological counseling for them,so as to re-duce their career anxiety levels and improve their mental health level.
