针对封头生产过程中存在的劳动强度大、产品质量差、生产成本高、环境污染等问题,提出了一种基于大直径、重载荷、大变形坯料板的新型自动定心、上料和成型封头码垛自动化设备设计方案。该方案根据液压机结构及生产特点,采用上下料布局于液压机两侧,并设计了坯料车、上料、定心、取料和下料系统;依据坯料板和成型封头外形特点,设计了不同的吸盘结构和上下料方式,并与封头压制工艺相结合,实现自动化生产。实践应用表明该封头自动上下料及码垛设备不仅具有安全可靠、自动化程度高、降低工人劳动强度等特点,而且可有效提高作业效率,提高产品质量。
針對封頭生產過程中存在的勞動彊度大、產品質量差、生產成本高、環境汙染等問題,提齣瞭一種基于大直徑、重載荷、大變形坯料闆的新型自動定心、上料和成型封頭碼垛自動化設備設計方案。該方案根據液壓機結構及生產特點,採用上下料佈跼于液壓機兩側,併設計瞭坯料車、上料、定心、取料和下料繫統;依據坯料闆和成型封頭外形特點,設計瞭不同的吸盤結構和上下料方式,併與封頭壓製工藝相結閤,實現自動化生產。實踐應用錶明該封頭自動上下料及碼垛設備不僅具有安全可靠、自動化程度高、降低工人勞動彊度等特點,而且可有效提高作業效率,提高產品質量。

To solve the problems of high labor intensity, poor product quality, high cost, environmental pollu-tion in the production process of head enterprise, proposed one automation equipment design scheme of new automatic centering,feeding and forming head palletizing automation based on large diameter, heavy load, deformation blank, and according to the structural and production characteristics of hydraulic pressure, adopt the layout of loading and unloading distribute the both sides of hydraulic pressure. And design the flat car, loading,centering,fetching and un-loading system, design the different structural characteristics of sucker and mode of loading and unloading based on the characteristics of blank and forming head, realize the automatic production combined with the head pressing process . Through the practice application show tha the equipment of head automatic loading and unloading and pallet-izing is not only safe and reliable, high automation, reduce the labor intensity, but also greatly improve work efficien-cy, improve product quality.
