基于光伏电池的物理特性,建立了光伏阵列的PSCAD仿真模型。考虑到太阳能的波动性和随机性,开发了基于Boost电路的最大功率点跟踪( maximum power point tracking,MPPT)控制器模块,保证了光伏阵列始终保持最大功率输出;然后,采用合理的逆变器控制策略,将光伏阵列接入电网,建立完整的并网光伏发电系统。仿真结果表明,搭建的仿真模型能够准确地反映光伏电池和MPPT控制器的物理特性和准确性,以及在不同光照条件下光伏发电系统的运行特性,对于并网光伏发电系统的研究具有重要意义。
基于光伏電池的物理特性,建立瞭光伏陣列的PSCAD倣真模型。攷慮到太暘能的波動性和隨機性,開髮瞭基于Boost電路的最大功率點跟蹤( maximum power point tracking,MPPT)控製器模塊,保證瞭光伏陣列始終保持最大功率輸齣;然後,採用閤理的逆變器控製策略,將光伏陣列接入電網,建立完整的併網光伏髮電繫統。倣真結果錶明,搭建的倣真模型能夠準確地反映光伏電池和MPPT控製器的物理特性和準確性,以及在不同光照條件下光伏髮電繫統的運行特性,對于併網光伏髮電繫統的研究具有重要意義。

A simulation model for photovoltaic array is developed based on the physical characteristics of photo-voltaic cells under PSCAD environment. In addition, considering the solar fluctuation and randomness, a simulation model of MPPT controller based on the Boost circuit is also developed to guarantee the maximum power output of pho-tovoltaic array. Then, using reasonable inverter control strategy, photovoltaic array is connected to the grid. A com-plete grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system is established. The simulation results show that the simula-tion models can reflect characteristics and functions of the photovoltaic array and MPPT controller accurately and can reflect the operating characteristics of photovoltaic systems under different light conditions. It is important for the study of grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system.
