建立了CAK3665数控机床进给伺服系统的数学模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink构建了系统的仿真模型,获得了反映系统性能的仿真曲线。分析了间隙、死区等非线性因素对系统精度的影响,并给出了提高传动系统性能的措施,为机械传动系统的设计、参数的选择以及性能的改进提供有效理论参考。

Feed servo system model of CAK3665 NC machine tool was constructed. Simulation model of the sys-tem was built up based on MATLAB/Simulink, and simulation curves of responding system performances were ac-quired. The effect of backlash and dead zonenonlinear on system performances was analyzed, and the measures of im-proving the system performances were put forward. The paper has supplied effective theoretical reference for design, parameters choice and performances improvement of NC machine tool feed servo system.
