鉴于GPS实时伪距差分( RTD)技术在城市巡检应用中不能将信息实时传回控制中心,无法实现数据共享,巡检路线监控不足,本文研究基于CORS的逆向RTD技术。该技术在原有CORS系统和手持机之间构架中间服务器,中间服务器代替手持机接收差分信息并进行差分解算,计算结果通过无线通信技术发回手持机;无差分功能的手持机增加双向通信模块,接收解算结果同时将巡检点的属性信息上传服务器,内业人员通过Web平台实时访问获取中间服务器中记录的巡检信息。实验表明,该技术具有内外业信息实时交互和共享,无差分功能手持机降低成本等优点,应用于城市巡检中可以避免常规技术的不足。

The traditional GPS RTD applied in city inspection has shortage that inspection information can’ t be returned the control center real-time, data can’ t be shared and inspection trajectory can’ t be monitored, so this paper proposes the technology of inverse RTD based on CORS.This technology add the Mid-Server between CORS system and PDA, Mid-Server receives differential infor-mation and gets the result of differential calculation, then the result should be returned to PDA;The PDA without differential function should increase bidirectional communication module to receive the result returned from Mid-Server and upload the attribute informa-tion of inspection points, indoor workers can get information real-time through web platform.Testing results indicates that this tech-nology has the advantage that information can exchange in real-time and non-differential PDA is cheaper than traditional PDA, so it’ s application can avoid the shortage of traditional technology in city inspection.
