全球变化对流感的影响与流感传播预警是国际社会普遍关心的全球性问题,也是维护中国社会经济稳定、保障国家流感防控体系安全必须面对的重大前沿技术问题。在构建流感监测与预警系统过程中,利用地理信息技术与互联网技术实现基础数据的展示和查询,结合流感传播模拟算法模型实现流感传播的模拟和预警。
