目的:探讨血清CRP和hs-CRP检测的临床应用价值。方法:收集住院患者入院第1次检测的CRP和hs-CRP资料,然后以hs-CRP为标准按检测值高低分为四组,进行其检测值比较与相关性分析。结果:组内比较,正常范围组两项指标组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随机病例数是正常范围组>轻度升高组>中度升高组>重度升高组,各组CRP和hs-CRP检测值均有较好的相关性(均为P<0.01),组间比较在轻度升高组和重度升高组与正常范围组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),但轻度、中度、重度升高组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:低限时CRP和hs-CRP的相关性相对较差是由于CRP下限检出率很高所致。首诊时最好作hs-CRP检测,以便CRP低限能够检出,使之用作CHD等多种疾病的辅助诊断。

목적:탐토혈청CRP화hs-CRP검측적림상응용개치。방법:수집주원환자입원제1차검측적CRP화hs-CRP자료,연후이hs-CRP위표준안검측치고저분위사조,진행기검측치비교여상관성분석。결과:조내비교,정상범위조량항지표조내비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。수궤병례수시정상범위조>경도승고조>중도승고조>중도승고조,각조CRP화hs-CRP검측치균유교호적상관성(균위P<0.01),조간비교재경도승고조화중도승고조여정상범위조비교차이균유통계학의의(P<0.01,P<0.05),단경도、중도、중도승고조지간비교차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:저한시CRP화hs-CRP적상관성상대교차시유우CRP하한검출솔흔고소치。수진시최호작hs-CRP검측,이편CRP저한능구검출,사지용작CHD등다충질병적보조진단。
Objective:To explore the values of clinical application for the detections of CRP and hs-CRP in sera.Method:First tested data of CRP and hs-CRP were collected on admission for hospitalized patients.They were divided into 4 groups according to the difference in degree of hs-CRP. The detected-values and correlation analysis were compared.Result:The normal group had very obviously difference for comparison in group of 2 indexes (P<0.01).The random numbers of cases were normal group>mildly elevated group>moderately elevated group>severe elevated group.The detected-values of CRP and hs-CRP in each groups all had better correlation(all P<0.01).The mildly elevated group and severe elevated group compared with normal group had significant differences(P<0.01,P<0.05).But the each other comparisons of mildly,moderately and severe elevated group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lower limit of CRP and the correlation of the hs-CRP is relatively poor due to lower limit CRP detection rate is very high.When the first option is best for the hs-CRP detection,so that CRP low limit of detection,make it as auxiliary diagnosis for such as CHD etc multiple diseases.
